Biography
Caroline Phansi is the Co-founder and CEO of Contento Social Homes CIC, providing supported living accommodation for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Her passion stems from personal experience and a deep commitment to empowering survivors.
Starting during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Caroline built Contento Social Homes from the ground up, handling administration, accounting, HR, IT, compliance, and property maintenance herself. Today, the organisation has grown to over 30 staff, and supports more than 100 women and children survivors of domestic abuse.
